This character is pathetically under developed. Mostly because he just plays the part of 'The inside Man' and has a moment of glory as the strategic killer of one of the other characters. maybe someday I will take the time to redesign this character. But I expect it will be more in the writing of him, over any changes in his appearance. He has no significant super human abilities, but is a brilliant strategist, and spy.
